Don’t let the intensity scare you—every movement is completely scalable for all fitness levels. You don’t need any prior experience to start; our instructors will guide you and provide modifications so you can jump right in safely, no matter where you are starting from.

That depends entirely on your personal goals! Many clients aim for 2 to 3 times a week to see great results, while others build up to an even more frequent routine. Because it's a high-intensity, low-impact workout, just listen to your body and give yourself proper recovery time as you build strength and endurance.

Expect a low-impact workout focused on slow, controlled movement. You’ll be guided through each exercise with clear instruction and hands-on coaching. Muscles will shake—that’s part of the process. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can introduce you to the Mini Pro and answer any questions you may have.

You should bring a water bottle for hydration. You should wear comfortable, form-fitting workout attire with grip socks.

Yes, for safety and hygiene reasons, grip socks must be worn at all times. Grip socks are available for purchase in the studio if needed.

Yes, there is complimentary parking for all Unity guests on-site.

Cancellations must be made through your account within the cancellation window. We cannot accept cancellations via email or DMs. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a charge or loss of class credit. Please refer to your account for full policy details.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you'll receive a text message or email. Once added to class, the 12-hour cancellation window applies.

Class credits expire according to the terms of your membership or package and do not roll over.
